According to L'Equipe, Barcelona forward Ferran Torres has reached an agreement with Paris Saint-Germain on a five-year contract.

The 26-year-old striker scored the winning goal against Argentina in the 2026 World Cup final. He has informed Barcelona that he will leave a year before his contract expires.

Paris Saint-Germain sees Torres as the ideal versatile forward, believing he can integrate into Ramiro Enrique's offensive system. The latter's attack is undergoing significant adjustments, with Ramos, Lee Kang-in, and Kolo Muani all having left. Barcola, who Liverpool is eyeing, may also follow, with the Reds reportedly preparing a €115 million bid for the French winger.

If the deal goes through, Torres will be Paris Saint-Germain's second signing this summer after Akliouche. Negotiations between the reigning Champions League champions and the La Liga champions are reportedly in an advanced stage.
