The last few days of Lionel Messi, Gerard Pique, Sergio Busquets and Jordi Alba training without their Barcelona teammates continued on Wednesday.
Only in their second day of pre-season the quartet underwent a workout at the club's Catalonia training ground in searing heat.
Their collective aim is the Supercopa de Espana with Sevilla on August 12, with the rest of the squad completing their North American tour when facing AC Milan on the weekend.
