Lionel Messi and Sergio Busquets were among the Barcelona players suited and booted for their trip to Lyon.
Messi shared a picture on Instagram en route to the south of France for the Champions League last-16 game.
Kitted out in their tailored club suits, Messi posed with his hands in his pockets whilst Busquets gave a thumbs up to camera.
The Catalan side spend £100,000 in total on their travel gear with each suit costing £4,200 from their global sponsor Thomas Browne.
The American fashion brand were announced as the official provider of off-field and formal wear last summer.
Barcelona have a deal in place to wear the suits to away games for the next three seasons.
No doubt Valverde will hope the Spanish champions can play as sharp as they look on Tuesday night.
They squeezed past Real Valladolid 1-0 at the Nou Camp on Saturday but the performance left plenty to be desired.
After the game Gerard Pique admitted: ''The only good news is the victory, to get back to winning three points but we have to improve. For Tuesday, we have to be better.'
