Ahead of Barcelona's Supercopa de Catalunya with Girona on Wednesday, Messi swapped his football kit for skiing attire as he took his family to a ski resort.
Messi was pictured with his wife Antonella Roccuzzo and their three children Thiago, Mateo and Ciro at La Molina ski resort.
La Molina, the oldest ski resort in Spain, is a two-hour drive from Barcelona.
Messi was seen drinking mate tea as he enjoyed a family day out.
The 31-year-old will be hoping Barcelona can lift some more silverware when they face Girona at the Nou Camp on Wednesday.
After Wednesday's match, Barca host Rayo Vallecano in La Liga on Saturday before entertaining Lyon in the Champions League last-16 second leg.
