Luka Modric will be awarded the 2019 Golden Foot award in a ceremony in Monaco on Tuesday.
In its 17th year, the Golden Foot award is given out to the best performing players over the age of 29.
This year presenters Jose Altafini, Paulo Roberto Falcao, as well as Carolina Morace and Patrick Vieira will hand the Real Madrid midfielder the accolade.

Past winners of the Golden Foot include Edinson Cavani, Iker Casillas, Gianluigi Buffon, Samuel Eto'o, Andres Iniesta, Didier Drogba, Zlatan Ibrahimovic, Ryan Giggs, Francesco Totti and Ronaldinho.
