Brazilian star Neymar is reportedly poised to seal a hugely lucrative move to Saudi Arabian club Al-Hilal this week as he departs Paris Saint-Germain after six seasons.
The 31-year-old forward will undergo his medical in Paris on Monday with his official unveiling at Al-Hilal scheduled for Wednesday.
GE report that Neymar will earn £275million in the Saudi Pro League over the course of his two-year contract, with the transfer worth around £69m to PSG, according to ESPN.
Neymar was contracted to the French champions until 2027 but has decided to join the influx of stars swapping Europe's top leagues for the wealth of the Saudi Pro League.
He rejected the possibility of a loan move to his former club Barcelona, which would have included an option to buy him outright next year.
Al-Hilal wanted to bring Neymar's former team-mate Lionel Messi to the Middle-East before the Argentine opted to join Inter Miami in MLS.
They also made a world record offer of £259m for PSG superstar Kylian Mbappe, who rejected the move despite his poor relations with the French club.
Al-Hilal have spent big this summer on the likes of Ruben Neves from Wolves, Kalidou Koulibaly from Chelsea, Sergej Milinkovic-Savic from Lazio and Malcom from Zenit St Petersburg.
Al-Hilal were defeated 2-1 by Cristiano Ronaldo's Al-Nassr in the final of the Arab Club Champions Cup on Saturday, having finished third in the league last season.
Neymar, who joined PSG from Barcelona in a world record £198m deal in 2017, was left out of Luis Enrique's squad for the Ligue 1 opener against Lorient on Saturday, which finished goalless.
He scored 18 times for his club last season before undergoing surgery on his right ankle in March, which ruled him out the remainder of the season.
Overall, Neymar has scored 118 times in 173 matches for PSG. He has won five Ligue 1 titles and three Coupe de France trophies, but has not added to the one Champions League he won in Spain.
Mbappe does now look set to stay in Paris after re-joining the first team. Reports in the Telegraph suggest there is 'growing optimism' that he may now sign a contract extension at the Parc des Princes.
PSG will next be in action against Toulouse on Saturday, and may be boosted by the return of a man with close to 300 career goals at the age of just 24.
