The season is over in LaLiga Santander, but Sergio Ramos hasn't set off on holidays just yet.
Ramos posted a video on Instagram of him exercising in his garden, engaging in an arm and back activity while lifting a huge container of water.
Iker Muniain was suitably impressed and commented that the defender was an animal.
The 33-year-old centre-back has been included in Spain's squad for the Euro 2020 qualifiers against the Faroe Islands and Sweden on June 7 and 10 respectively.
