Real Betis Balompié have officially confirmed the signing of goalkeeper Pau López, who returns to the club on a long-term contract running until 2028.

The goalkeeper has signed with the Verdiblanca club until 2028. Real Betis Balompié will add Pau López (Girona, December 13, 1994) to its ranks. The goalkeeper returns to Real Betis after playing for AS Roma, Olympique de Marseille, Girona FC, and Deportivo Toluca FC.
Pau, who will sign until 2028, joined Real Betis in 2018 for a season in which he made 35 appearances and kept 10 clean sheets. That strong season helped attract AS Roma's attention and they made the move.
