Osasuna boss Jagoba Arrasate will need to make changes to his starting line-up as three of his starters will not be present in the game against Real Madrid at the Estadio Santiago Bernabeu on Wednesday night.
David Garcia and Oier Sanjurjo are sidelined due to injury, while Adrian Lopez will be rested following his participation in the game against Real Betis.
"[Adrian] had not played for a long time," Arrasate said.
"The other day he played from the start.
"In the end we are not used to playing every three or four days and our training requires freshness."
Facundo Roncaglia or Raul Navas will replace David Garcia, while Jon Moncayola will cover for Oier, with Brandon Thomas or Rober Ibanez being the main candidates to take Adrian's place.
Arrasate didn't rule out rotating his team by resting more players ahead of the game against Los Blancos.
"We have a squad [to be able to rotate] and I see it more as an opportunity for others," he added.
"We have people who are very prepared and eager to play.
"We are going to put out a competitive eleven and intend to play a good match."
Osasuna are along with Real Madrid and Athletic Club the only teams who haven't be defeated in the first five games of the season.
"The fact of being undefeated gives us that confidence that, if we do things right, we will be in the game," Arrasate noted.
"But we don't have that feeling right now and we are not overawed by the table.
"We have to accumulate points and you never know where they can be.
"It is an opportunity knowing that, in theory, it is one of the most difficult away games we have [to play]."
