Tomorrow morning, in the first round of the Europa Conference League group stage, Inter Escaldes will play away against Mjällby. Pochettino's son, Maurizio, is expected to make his Conference League debut.
Maurizio joined the Andorran club Inter Escaldes in 2025 and was part of the team that won the league title last season. Born in Barcelona when his father was playing for Espanyol, he trained in the academies of Southampton and Tottenham before spending six months at Watford.
He moved to Spain in 2022, playing in semi-professional third and fourth-tier leagues before arriving in Andorra. Inter Escaldes qualified for the Conference League group stage this season and will face traditional clubs such as Red Star Belgrade, Copenhagen, and La Liga side Getafe.
