Real Betis are considering a move for Real Madrid goal keeper Andriy Lunin in January.
According to reports in Mundo Deportivo, manager Rubi is unhappy with the performances of both Joel Robles and Dani Martin as his current goalkeeping options so far this season.
Lunin, who is currently on loan at Real Valladolid, however, is yet to feature for Sergio Gonzalez's side, with Joel Masip remaining as the first choice at the club.
That has led to frustration, after he rejected a second loan spell at Leganes, after being assured of a greater first-team role with Real Valladolid.
Following the summer departure of Pau Lopez to AS Roma, Rubi has been on the lookout for a new goalkeeper.
Lunin could cut short his current loan deal, to make the move to the Estadio Benito Villamarin until the end of the current season.
Real Madrid are reported to be open to the move, as they are unhappy with his lack of game time under Gonzalez, but they are not considering a permanent transfer at this stage.
