Real Madrid underwent some high-intensity drills which were supervised by the team's new fitness coach Antonio Pintus at the club's training ground in Valdebebas on Thursday.
Wearing some eye-catching masks while carrying out the tests in pairs, Carlo Ancelotti's men participated in a training session that will provide the coach with useful data which could help improve the players' physical condition ahead of next season.
Improving the team's fitness is Ancelotti's primary objective following an injury-plagued campaign, one which ended with Los Blancos winning no trophies.
The only player who didn't undergo these fitness tests was Ferland Mendy who worked out individually in the gym, as he is going through the final stretch of his recovery from an injury that prevented him from featuring in the last few games of the 2019/20 campaign.
Meanwhile, goalkeeping coach Luis Llopis oversaw the session for Real Madrid's shot-stoppers Andriy Lunin and Diego Altube, both of whom trained outside on the pitches.
