Christian Eriksen is Real Madrid's prime transfer target for the summer window. The team wants a creator in midfield and the Dane is perfect for the role.

The Independent say that the Tottenham player is ahead of Eden Hazard on Florentino Perez's list of desires. Although the English side put a price tag of 250 million euros on the player, that would be reduced to 100m if he does not sign a new contract with Mauricio Pochettino's side.
Spurs have tried to tie down the player with a tempting offer of around 250,000 euros a week. But Eriksen, at 26, isn't that worried about the economics but more the chance to take a step up to a club that could define his career, like Real Madrid.
The obstacle is that Spurs chariman Daniel Levy is difficult to negotiate with. Madrid would be willing to offer Isco as part of the deal.
