Real Valladolid cruise to a 0-1 victory over Mallorca at Estadi de Son Moix

Valladolid went pass Mallorca on a hard-earned victory of 0-1 on Saturday at Estadi de Son Moix. Both sides arrived at this game after suffering a defeat in their previous league game. Mallorca faced the match with a desire to make up their league after losing against Real Sociedad 3-0 while Real Valladolid fell defeated by 0-1 in the last match they played against Real Madrid. As of today, Mallorca and Real Valladolid occupy position 17th (18 points) and 14th (25 points) respectively after playing a total of 22 matches.

Both sides were struggling to produce anything in the first 45 minutes and the teams went to the dressing room locked in a 0-0.

Real Valladolid boosted the game in the second half, thanks to a goal from Enes Ünal 56 minutes in the game, which saw the second half to a 0-1.

As for substitutions, both coaches used full substitutions. For Mallorca Xisco Campos, Takefusa Kubo and Alejandro Pozo came on for Raillo, Dani Rodriguez and Joan Sastre, and Valladolid brought on Pablo Hervias, Waldo Rubio and Fede San Emeterio for Toni Villa, Oscar Plano and Enes Ünal.

The referee booked Ante Budimir, Dani Rodriguez, Manolo Reina and Cucho Hernandez from Mallorca, while for Real Valladolid Toni Villa saw a yellow card as well.

Mallorca will play against Espanyol at away stadium, while Real Valladolid will face Villarreal at home stadium.
