According to "Forbidden Zone Football," Real Madrid is pursuing Olise. Although Bayern has repeatedly declared him non-transferable, it remains to be seen how long this stance can be maintained.
Former Bayern technical director Reschke offered his assessment in an interview. Purely hypothetical: if Real Madrid makes an offer significantly exceeding €150 million, then Bayern will have to seriously weigh the pros and cons—at some point, 'no' will become 'maybe', and eventually it might even become 'yes'."
Some media reports suggest that Olise himself wants to join Real Madrid. Does it make sense to forcibly keep a player who wants to leave? Reschke believes much of this is speculation at present, and Bayern clearly holds a strong hand, earned through their shrewd early signing of Olise. Regarding finding a replacement on the market, he pointed out that finding an Olise replacement is nearly impossible. However, with the addition of Zaïri and Bayern's existing attacking depth, the club will remain very competitive at the European level even without Olise.
When asked if Zaïri could challenge Musiala, who is still recovering from a serious injury, Reschke said he sincerely hopes Musiala returns to his peak form and fully overcomes the injury's effects. After that, the only question will be who partners with him in key matches.
Bayern paid Eintracht Frankfurt a fixed fee of €45 million for left-back Nathaniel Brown. Regarding whether sporting director Eberl should receive a contract extension, Reschke said the supervisory board must carefully evaluate this. Regarding Kane's contract extension and top salary, Reschke believes Kane already has a top-tier salary contract. If he is willing to stay, both parties will find a reasonable solution together—a situation different from Musiala's contract negotiations.
Finally, regarding goalkeeper Neuer's contract extension, Reschke said: "Neuer likely won't easily pass up the opportunity to play in the most important matches. Neuer's situation is different from a few years ago. Each year he extends his contract at Bayern is a gift for both player and club. However, both parties must also prepare for a successor together. So far, Ulreich's development has been very promising, and I believe it will continue."
