Valencia will be without Rodrigo Moreno against Real Madrid as he hasn't recovered from the muscular problem which forced him off at half-time of his side's defeat at Juventus.
Since Wednesday, the Spain international has been undergoing recovery work in the gym and didn't train with the rest of his teammates on Friday in Paterna.
Both Rodrigo and Denis Cheryshev will now miss Saturday's game at the Estadio Santiago Bernabeu, something that was confirmed by coach Marcelino.
"He will be out for this match," he stated on Friday.
"We all hope he is fit and able to play against Sevilla."
In addition, Jeison Murillo and Ruben Vezo have been left out by the coach for technical reasons.
