According to Football365, Romano claims Real Madrid have not yet contacted Chelsea, and Arsenal and Manchester City have also started monitoring Enzo.

Chelsea midfielder Enzo is currently attracting interest from Arsenal and Manchester City, after Fabrizio Romano revealed there has been "no contact" between Real Madrid and Chelsea.

Chelsea ended the season in disappointing fashion, finishing tenth in the Premier League. During the season, Chelsea sacked Enzo Maresca, and Liam Rosenior was also dismissed.

Chelsea are currently under new management, with Liverpool and Real Madrid legend Xabi Alonso taking over, but the Blues are facing a challenge to retain some of their best players.

Due to their inability to participate in any European competitions, Cucurella has already left to join Real Madrid this summer, and there are rumors that his former teammate Enzo will follow him out the door.

There were previous claims that Real Madrid were preparing a huge bid for Enzo, but Romano revealed that there has been "no contact" between Chelsea and the La Liga giants regarding this deal.

Romano stated on his YouTube channel: "It's important to mention the words of Enzo's agent, Javier Pastore. Javier Pastore has spoken about Enzo in multiple interviews and hinted that the player might consider leaving Chelsea. He also mentioned Real Madrid's interest."

"However, my understanding is that Real Madrid currently only see Enzo as one of five midfield options. That's the first point."

"The second point is that, so far, they have had no contact with Chelsea. Negotiations between the clubs haven't even started. So don't think of any quick deals because negotiations between the two clubs haven't begun."

"The third point is that everything depends on departures. For Real Madrid, if they want to sign a new midfielder, whether it's Enzo or someone else they are considering, players must leave first."

"We will see who leaves, as Ceballos has left and Nico Paz has also departed. But the key decisions will involve those players who are still in the first-team rotation. Only then will Real Madrid decide which midfielder they want to pursue."

Arsenal and Manchester City join the race for Enzo.

Sportitalia journalist Gianluigi Longari insists that Real Madrid would have to make "sacrifices" to sign Enzo, while Premier League teams Arsenal and Manchester City have now also joined the race for the Argentine international.

Longari wrote on social media: "The topic of Enzo is still open, and he is pushing to leave Chelsea. Real Madrid is the preferred option, but they must make sacrifices to submit an offer to Chelsea. In the Premier League, Manchester City and Arsenal are looking into the Argentine player's situation."
