According to a report by Peter Hall of the British media outlet inews, Tottenham Hotspur is interested in signing Marcus Rashford, but the player has no intention of joining another Premier League club.

Rashford is the next target on Tottenham's summer transfer wishlist. For Spurs, Rashford's Premier League experience makes him more attractive than young overseas talents, and he fits their requirements perfectly.
Although Tottenham is willing to pay the £40 million release clause agreed between Manchester United and Rashford, the player is hesitant about a domestic move. At present, Rashford prefers to move abroad—ideally to Barcelona or Bayern Munich, who are also interested in him—or remain at Manchester United to fulfill his childhood ambitions. He is firmly ruling out moves to other Premier League clubs.
However, Manchester United wants to sell him to reduce wage costs, which may force Rashford to reconsider. The club has insisted it will not negotiate a loan deal with Barcelona.
If not for Rashford's high salary, elite clubs would likely be competing for his signature. Tottenham manager De Zerbi is reportedly a keen admirer of Rashford and is expected to push the club's management to reach a transfer agreement.
