Promising Atletico Madrid forward Victor Mollejo is expected to complete a loan move to Deportivo La Coruna in the next few hours.
The 18-year-old will move north-west in the hope of gaining some experience of senior football in Spain's second division, LaLiga SmartBank, this season.
Francisco Montero is another Atleti youngster that could leave on loan before Monday's transfer deadline after the summer arrivals of Mario Hermoso and Felipe Monteiro blocked his chances of playing in the centre of defence.
Neither Mollejo nor Montero will play for Atleti's B team against Pena Deportiva on Sunday.
