Vinicius Jr, the young striker that Real Madrid spent €45m on, will play his first match wearing the famous white shirt - but he'll do with the the youth side. The Brazilian will feature for Real Madrid Castilla in their clash against UD Las Palmas B. He'll continue to train with the first team though.

Vinicius, who hasn't made his debut with the senior side in an offical match after being an unused sub in both the UEFA Super Cup final and the LaLiga opener, hasn't enjoyed the start he expected in the Spanish capital.

According to 'Jugones', the Brazilian will make his official debut as Real Madrid Castilla play UD Las Palmas B, which is the first match of the Segunda Division B (Group One) season.

Either way Vinicius will continue to work alongside the first team as he has done up until now. Julen Lopetegui, before he gives the Brazilian a shot in the senior side, wants the player to adapt to the team under Santiago Solari's orders.

Lopetegui doesn't want Vinicius to simply train and wait for his chance, but rather continue his development at the club so he's ready when needed.
