Ernesto Valverde is taking 24 players with him to Saudi Arabia for the Supercopa de Espana, including several youth players.
As well as Inaki Pena, Carles Perez and Ansu Fati, who have all regularly featured in first-team squads this season, Valverde has called up Riqui Puig, Alex Collado, Ronald Araujo and Arnau Tenas.
We take a look at each of these players here.
Riqui Puig
The 20-year-old midfielder has already made one trip with the first team this season as he travelled to Italy for the Champions League game at Inter, although he didn't actually make the bench that night.
Now, with Carles Alena having left and with Arthur Melo injured, the Catalan has another chance to try to earn some minutes.
His good performances with the B team and during first-team training mean he has a chance of showing what he can do during this tournament, just as he did in a handful of games last season and on pre-season.
Alex Collado
Like Riqui Puig, Alex Collado is a 20-year-old midfielder in the Barcelona B team.
This season he has been playing out wide, even though he grew up as more of a central midfielder, and Valverde is believed to like this versatility.
Collado has already been used by the first team, playing 84 minutes in a match at Celta Vigo towards the end of last season.
Ronald Araujo
The coaching staff at Barcelona really like this 20-year-old Uruguayan centre-back.
He even made his debut for the first team earlier in the season, although it didn't go great as he was sent off shortly after coming on.
That said, he is believed in by the club and could earn more minutes with the first team in the near future if one of the current four senior centre-backs moves on.
Arnau Tenas
The 18-year-old goalkeeper is probably the least known of the players in this week's Barcelona squad.
He travels to Saudi Arabia as the third-choice goalkeeper after Neto and Pena.
He comes from a family of goalkeepers and won the European Under-19 Championship with Spain last year-
