The Nigerian striker has been linked with a move away from Serie A, with Chelsea and Manchester United leading the race.
Super Eagles star Victor Osimhen has put potential Premier League clubs on alert after saying it is the dream of every player to play in the Premier League.
Osimhen is attracting interest from a host of top European clubs following his exceptional displays for Napoli this season.
Osimhen's Premier League ambitions
The Super Eagles star has been fantastic in front of goal for Napoli this season, with 21 goals in 26 matches.
Osimhen is currently heads and shoulders above every striker in Serie A this season, having scored 19 goals in 21 games. The Nigeria international has another two in four Champions League matches.
His performances have not gone unnoticed among Europe’s top clubs, with Manchester United and Chelsea interested.
Osimhen has now handed the two Premier League clubs a boost, saying it is every player’s ambition to play in England, although he admitted that is not his priority currently.
I think it is an ambition of all players. And who knows, one day... Right now, I assure you, it doesn't even cross my mind. It would distract me from a beautiful season. Only Naples,” Osimhen told Corriere.
Manchester United lead the race
United are the favourites to sign the ex-Lille man as they are in a market for a quality striker in the summer.
The Red Devils currently have Wout Weghorst up front, the Dutch international is only a temporary solution.
However, if United are to their long-term target, they will need to pay the top dollar to sign the Nigeria international as Napoli are not interested in selling their prized asset.
Osimhen still has two years left on his current contract in Naples, having joined the club from Lille for a club-record fee of €75m.
