Sky Italia says Milan see Souza as a potential replacement for Mike Maignan.

Milan's priority remains securing Maignan to a new contract, with his current deal running down this season. However for the moment, the two parties remain far apart in negotiations.
As such Milan are making contingency plans and Souza has emerged as their No1 target to succeed the France international.
The 26 year-old joined Corinthians from Flamengo last year for €800,000 and is now rated in the €12m class.
With a superb season behind him, Souza won a first Brazil cap this year.
