Borussia Dortmund have renewed interest in Juventus striker Mario Mandzukic, according to German newspaper Bild.
Mandzukic was once the target of Dortmund last summer, but the Croatian chose to stay with Juventus.
Dortmund have signed Schulz, Brandt and Thorgen Hazard this week, and latest reports from Bild claims the Bundesliga runners-up have once again made the Juventus striker as their target to perfect attacking options.
The German press believes BVB directors are fond of the 33-year-old, especially his mentality, and is keen on a summer swoop to add more quality to the title-bidding team next season.
Mandzukci has played just 33 games in 2018-19 but still managed to score 10 goals and provide seven assists.
Prior to the Bianconeri, he spent four seasons in Germany with Wolfsburg and Bayern Munich.
