Dybala’s injury not as serious as expected, Morata out for a month?

According to Sky Sport Italia, Alvaro Morata could remain out of action for over a month, while Paulo Dybala’s injury is not as serious as first expected.

The Argentinean had left the pitch in tears during Juventus–Sampdoria yesterday, suggesting he thought he’d spend considerable time on the treatment table.

Alvaro Morata also sustained an injury during the game with Max Allegri, who confirmed both players would miss the upcoming matches against Chelsea and Torino.

Both strikers underwent medical examinations this morning and according to Sky Sport Italia (via Ilbianconero), Dybala’s injury is not as serious as first expected.

The exams underwent by the Argentinean didn’t show any lesion, so he should be available against Roma after the break on October 17.

Morata, on the other hand, could remain out of action for mover a month, missing the match against the Giallorossi and the away game against Zenit in the Champions League on October 20.

Morata and Dybala are Juventus’ best scorers this season, with three goals each.
