Juventus forward Paulo Dybala has praised Napoli coach Gennaro Gattuso, but described him as “crazy in a good way”.

When they both were at Palermo, the Argentine remembers that the former Milan hero was rough with him on the training ground, but revealed he "helped me a lot".

Gattuso was sacked after only six games in charge of Palermo during the 2013-14 season in Serie B, but Dybala remembers him well.

“He’s crazy,” Dybala told Tuttosport. “But crazy in a good way.

“At Palermo he helped me a lot, even if it was for a very short period of time. I have a lot of good memories from him.

“Some aren’t that nice, from when we were training, for the hits he gave me in the matches. But it was how he was.

“The truth is that I felt extremely good with him.”

This season, Gattuso replaced Carlo Ancelotti as the Partenopei coach but they are still stuck in the bottom half of the League.

Dybala’s Bianconeri are currently top of Serie A and the 26-year-old has scored five goals and provided seven assists in his 18 league games so far this term.
