Edin Dzeko trained alone at Roma on Monday as he looks set to leave the club before the closure of the transfer window.

As reported by goal, the experienced forward has reportedly fallen out with Roma boss Paulo Fonseca over the departure of coach Gianluca Gomber.

After Dzeko confronted Fonseca about Gomber's dismissal he was left out of the squad for the victory against Spezia on Saturday.

Time is running out for Dzeko to secure a move away from Roma this month. He has been linked with Juventus, but reports indicate that he hasn't held talks about a possible move there.

The former Manchester City striker has also been linked with a move to the Premier League, with West Ham and Everton reportedly interested in signing him, as reported by Gazzetta Dello Sport.

Dzeko is said to be eager to remain in Italy and isn't interested in joining West Ham.

After joining Roma in 2016, Dzeko has proceeded to score 114 goals in 242 appearances for the club.

During his time at City Dzeko enjoyed much success, winning two Premier League titles, the FA Cup and the League Cup.
