Former AS Roma striker Marco Borriello believes Napoli's players will be happy working with new coach Rudi Garcia.
Garcia was named Napoli coach last week after the decision of Luciano Spalletti to step down following his team's Scudetto triumph.
Borriello worked with Garcia at Roma and said: "Garcia knew that communication was fundamental in success. Juventus, in this sense, was ahead for a long time of all.
"Well, the coach had a sort of mental coach who was a communications expert and he made it available to us. Anyone on the team who wanted could have an hour a week interview with him.
"From my recollections, only four of us took advantage of it: me, poor Davide Astori, Morgan De Sanctis and Daniele De Rossi. It was a wonderful experience and the credit went to Garcia. He is a very intelligent person and it also showed in the speed with which he learned Italian."
