GIF Sundsvall prospect Sammi Davis has been offered trials by AS Roma.
Davis, 17, is a centre-back and penned a new deal with GIF in September.
"I was really happy. It came as a bit of a shock, but it was really fun when they got in touch," he told ST Sport.
The 17-year-old is really looking forward to the adventure in the Italian top club.
"I see it as an exciting experience and I will bring many exciting experiences with me from this trip."
