Victory at Udinese saw Bologna move into fifth place on the Serie A table, just two points away from the leadership.

An impressed Galli told Il Corriere di Bologna: "The results they are achieving are the fruit of a great deal of work by the club which has managed to create a cohesive environment in all its sectors.
"Special praise, however, goes to President (Joey) Saputo, a true gentleman. He paid his dues in the early years, partly due to his distance, but since he's settled in the city, things have changed. He's chosen the right people, especially those who choose the players and the coach.
"These are situations where enthusiasm is contagious, where you can achieve important things in every area and results come almost automatically."
