Former Napoli striker Bruno Giordano admits he's been impressed by Rasmus Hojlund.
On-loan from Manchester United, the Denmark centre-forward scored twice in the midweek Champions League win against Sporting CP.
Giordano enthused to La Gazzetta dello Sport: "Perfectly in line with the history of a club that has had so many: Vinicio, Altafini, Clerici; then Careca; and now Cavani, Higuain, Osimhen, Mertens who became one, Lukaku.
Despite his experience with Manchester United, Hojlund remains just 22 years old and watching him play, Giordano ventured to also say: "To me, his movement, his ability to run away, reminds me a lot of (Erling) Haaland.
"They belong to the same generation. One has already scored a lot, the other promises to do so."
