Napoli midfielder Marek Hamsik is reportedly considering whether to leave the club in January.
According to Tuttosport, Hamsik is ‘not at the centre’ of Carlo Ancelotti’s project, having completed just one of Napoli’s opening five games.
Consequently, a departure from San Paolo ‘seems to be on the agenda’ in January and ‘there could already be developments’ in that regard.
The Partenopei captain was heavily linked with moves to China over the summer but ultimately decided to extend his 11-year spell.
