Inter are without injured Radja Nainggolan, Joao Mario and Mauro Icardi for the Milan Derby, with Marcelo Brozovic needing a fitness test.
Nainggolan has not recovered in time, while Icardi is still not training with the rest of his teammates.
The situation has dragged on since he was stripped of the captaincy on February 13, officially due to a knee injury.
Brozovic is at risk and will need a fitness test, so with Joao Mario also out, the most likely alternative would be Borja Valero.
Joao Miranda had tried to train with a protective mask after fracturing his nose, but he too has been ruled out.
