The Nerazzurri started strong with Correa scoring the first goal of the new season. Lugano responded with a brace from Przybylko, leading 2-1 at halftime.
In the second half, a dynamic Taremi turned the game around. The Iranian equalised with a penalty and then sealed the win with a brilliant chip, securing victory for Simone Inzaghi's team in their initial outing of the summer training.
