Augusto Carpeggiani, one of Inter starlet Sebastiano Esposito's representatives, met with Inter management on Tuesday afternoon to hold talks over a new and improved deal for the youngster according to a report from Italian broadcaster Sky Sport Italia.
The 17-year-old sensation is already under contract with the club through to the end of the 2021/22 season but from July this year he will be eligible to agree a professional contract with the club.
Inter are understood to be very keen to tie down the Italian youth international to a long term contract and have a strong belief that he can play a big part in the club's future.
Esposito has also been given a chance to shape the present this season by Inter manager Antonio Conte. Esposito is almost always on the bench for the first team and has made seven appearances across all competitions at first team level this season in which he has scored once.
