Former Juventus striker Darko Kovacevic insists Igor Tudor is the right coach for the Bianconeri.
While Juve have had an inconsistent start to the season, Kovacevic is convinced Tudor can bring the team and fans together.
The Olympiakos transfers chief told Tuttosport: "Tudor is a great person: frank, sincere, loyal. A great locker room man, a born leader.
"He arrived at Juve at a time when there were many giants in his position. It wasn't easy to emerge, but he never gave up and over time he earned the respect of both (Carlo) Ancelotti and later (Marcello) Lippi."
Kovacevic admits he isn't surprised to see Tudor succeed as he has in coaching.
He explained: "Partly, yes: he was always able to unite the group, he had management skills even as a player. He knew how to earn everyone's appreciation and respect, he was listened to even in a group of giants.
"I am not surprised that the Juventus players speak highly of him; many emphasize the enthusiasm that reigns within the environment."
As for Juve's current form, Kovacevic insists: "It takes a bit of time, the season has just begun. Let's not forget two things: Juve hasn't lost yet and is three points behind first place. Everyone has dropped points."
