Lautaro Martinez spoke with Inter's channel Inter TV following the 3-1 success over Slavia Prague in the Champions League group stage.
“I am very happy, because we have played an intense and intelligent game. We are very happy because we will take three fundamental points home with us. Now we must beat Barcelona. We have to work, day after day, to win the next game,” he stated.
The 22-year-old Argentine international scored his 10th and 11th goals of the season during the game in the Czech capital and was asked how it feels to be scoring so regularly.
“I work for this reason. I came here to do my best and to help Inter to achieve victories. Now we must continue to grow and have to work every day.”
He concluded the interview by adding: “This is a dream for me. My family in Argentina are very happy, just like me.”
