Lucas Moura has reportedly re-joined Sao Paolo until the end of the season, returning to the Brazilian side after 11 years away.

The winger left Tottenham upon his contract expiry at the end of June on the back of a mixed five-and-a-half seasons.

It comes just days after James Rodriguez linked up with the Brazilian giants.

He arrives at an important time, with a Copa do Brasil semi-final second leg looming against city rivals Corinthians on August 16. Sao Paulo are also chasing Copa Libertadores qualification, sitting eighth coming towards the mid-point of the campaign.

His return has been reported by CNN Brasil, who say the club are trying to get him in before their clash against Corinthians.
