Milan and Franck Kessie are reportedly in negotiations for a €20m transfer to Monaco, according to RMC Sport.
The 22-year-old Ivorian is believed to be enthusiastic about the move, having turned down a switch to Wolverhampton Wanderers just before the Premier League transfer deadline.
It’s reported the asking price is at least €20m, although the Rossoneri paid €32m in total for the player.
He joined from Atalanta on a two-year loan at a cost of €8m in 2017, with obligation to buy for a further €24m in July 2019.
Kessie arrived late to pre-season training after taking part in the Africa Cup of Nations and confessed that he was struggling to get accustomed to new Coach Marco Giampaolo’s system.
