Watch as Rafael Leao turns on the style with two goals – including a great solo run – and an assist for Olivier Giroud, but Marcelo Brozovic, Edin Dzeko and Mike Maignan made it a thrilling Derby della Madonnina to the last minute.
Inter had taken the lead when Brozovic found a gap in the Milan defence and kept his cool on the Joaquin Correa pass.
The Rossoneri turned it around as Sandro Tonali intercepted a loose ball for Leao, then the Portuguese winger set up Giroud’s finish at the near post.
Leao made it 3-1 with a fantastic slalom through defenders, but Dzeko came off the bench to flick it in off the inside of the near post and only Maignan prevented Hakan Calhanoglu making it 3-3.
