Napoli supporters have reportedly been attacked in an ambush by FC Zurich fans ahead of tonight’s Europa League.
According to reporter Carlo Alvino, who also provided a photograph of the incident, police were “slow to react.
“Cowardly attack on Napoli fans. Cars with Italian number-plates surrounded and attacked. It wasn’t far from the stadium.”
There is reportedly a huge group of Napoli supporters in the stadium this evening, including many locals of Italian origin.
