Napoli officially released a medical report stating that Lobotka suffered a tibiofibular syndesmosis injury and a minor left ankle ligament injury.

Stanislav Lobotka underwent instrumental examinations today at Pineta Grande Hospital, which revealed a tibiofibular syndesmosis injury without instability, as well as a minor injury to the lateral ankle ligaments in his left ankle.
