Fiorentina's new sporting director, Fabio Paratici, recently spoke to the media at an event where he discussed the future of Kean and Dodô.

Regarding whether the team would maintain its current framework, he stated: "If you're not among the top five or six teams in the world, you need to react to the transfer market. We must be flexible and adjust our ideas according to the situation. Only five or six clubs can avoid selling players; all other teams have to listen to the market."
When asked if he wanted to keep Kean, he said: "We want to keep all our players, but no one knows what will happen next. Kean is an asset to Fiorentina and Italian football. I like him very much; I've watched him since he was a child until his Champions League debut."
Regarding whether Dodô is seeking a different challenge or will renew his contract, he said: "Dodô has reasonable ambitions. If there's an offer? I won't go into details, but he does have reasonable ambitions, and so does Fiorentina. We will evaluate the best options for both sides."
When asked about Kolešovský, he said: "Everyone likes good players, and Kolešovský is excellent, as are some other U21 players."
When asked what he discussed with Grosso, he replied: "I know him well. He is someone Fiorentina values for his character and how he handles things. We have already had very specific technical discussions, and we'll see what happens next."
As for which positions Fiorentina needs to strengthen, he stated: "We need to improve the squad and give the coach more varied options."
