Alexis Sanchez will have to agree to halve his wages if not more to have any chance at a permanent move to Inter at the end of the season according to a report in today's print edition of Tuttosport.
The Chilean national team attacker is currently on loan at Inter from Premier League side Manchester United and there is a possibility that Inter could pursue a permanent move for the 31-year-old.
The biggest obstacle to this is his bumper salary. He currently earns €12 million a season which is far above what Inter can pay players at the moment. They are currently only paying €5 million of his wages during the loan whilst Manchester United are covering the rest.
Manchester United could demand between €20-25 million for the former Arsenal man too which makes it almost imperative that Sanchez takes a pay cut if he wishes to have any chance of sticking around at the Nerazzurri.
