Bundesliga market values by Transfermarkt: Bellingham in top 3 worldwide; Big jumps for Kolo Muani and Wirtz.

League leaders Borussia Dortmund make up four of the ten biggest winners in the Bundesliga's intermediary market value update - the three biggest losers come from Bayern Munich’s squad.

Eintracht Frankfurt's highly sought-after striker Randal Kolo Muani makes a huge leap upwards and is now one of the top 10 most valuable Bundesliga players, while Germany's two biggest talents are up €10 million and €15m respectively.

Dortmund’s outstanding form since the World Cup is also reflected in the new market values. The stand-out figure for the Black and Yellows is a further increase for Jude Bellingham, whose value rises by €10m to €120m.

This now means that the England international is the joint-third most valuable player in the world, level with Real Madrid and Brazil star Vinicius Jr. and remains the Bundesliga’s most valuable star, despite a number of big increases at his own club and across the German top-flight.

Transfermarkt Bundesliga market value update: Biggest winners & losers

Mané, Cancelo & Co. - The biggest losers of the Bundesliga update

"So far, the most notable Bayern signing of recent years has not been able to match the performances from his Liverpool days and has probably lost a lot of his value," Hillman noted on the topic of Mané’s new market value.

"In [Julian] Nagelsmann's system he didn't work so well, under Tuchel there is another chance."

The fact that the decrease in squad value for Bayern has not turned out to be larger is due, among other things, to the increase in values for Jamal Musiala (+€10m to €110m) and Josip Stanisic (+€4m to €12m). Musiala now has the highest market value ever for a German football player on Transfermarkt.

Market value rankings: Kolo Muani surpasses Mané and Gnabry

With the signing of Kolo Muani on a free transfer, Eintracht Frankfurt have pulled off one of the biggest deals in Bundesliga history. When the French striker moved from FC Nantes to Frankfurt in the summer of 2022, his market value was €16m - four updates later it is now €65m. "This season's high-flyer is not only causing a sensation in the Bundesliga, but is also attracting attention internationally,” Hillman said. “There are increasing signs that he will be offered a lot of money in the summer and this is also in line with our assessment that his talents are likely to be in great demand in the market.”

Bellingham, Kolo Muani, Wirtz & Co. - The biggest winners of the Bundesliga update

Despite only being 19 years of age, Florian Wirtz will celebrate his next birthday on 3 May with a market value of €85m, which makes him the third most valuable player in the Bundesliga. "His meteoric rise in senior football was slowed down by a cruciate ligament rupture,” said Weißenstein, before explaining why the Bayer Leverkusen star saw the second largest in the update. “After his return, he immediately returned to being a match-winner and one of the main reasons for Leverkusen reaching the quarter-finals of the Europa League and the upward trend in the league.”
