According to TuttoMercatoWeb, Kean will miss Como's match against Roma. He has not yet recovered from a tibia injury sustained during international duty, which also caused him to miss Italy's last match against Turkey.
Kean has had a difficult start to the season. After joining Como, he has only started once, in a 2-1 victory over Parma, and is still searching for his first goal.
Douvikas will get a chance to start. The Greek forward has started in 5 of 6 matches so far, scoring against Udinese and Napoli in the league and against Leipzig in the Champions League. Como is expected to officially announce Douvikas' contract extension until 2030 soon.
