Argentina international De Paul was sent off using a VAR on-field review when he slapped Candreva at San Siro during Udinese’s 1-0 defeat.
He has been banned for three Serie A matches for “violent conduct” in the off-the-ball incident.
Brescia midfielder Daniele Dessena is given a one-game ban and fined €2,000 for two bookable offences against Bologna, including simulation in the penalty area.
Milan full-back Calabria is suspended for the Derby della Madonnina, while Hellas Verona striker Mariusz Stepinski is only handed a one-round ban for his straight red card offence.
