Zola, Hilario, Cudicini... Meet Maurizio Sarri's backroom staff at Chelsea

Chelsea boss Maurizio Sarri has confirmed his backroom staff ahead of the new Premier League season.

Sarri stood with his team of 10 during a training session at the club's training base in Cobham.

The 59-year-old took his position in the middle of the photo between assistant first team coach Gianfranco Zola, on his left, and second assistant coach Marco Ianni, on his right.

He was also joined by Luca Gotti, who as an assistant first team coach, will share the load with Zola as they report to Sarri.

Massimo Nensi and Henqriue Hilario are the club's goalkeeping coaches. Hilario was at Chelsea as a player between 2006 and 2014 making 20 Premier League appearances.

Carlo Cudicini, another former Chelsea goalkeeper, remains as assistant to Sarri.

Some of Antonio Conte's staff have been kept at Stamford Bridge.

Paolo Bertelli worked for two years as a fitness coach under Conte and he has decided to stay at Chelsea.

He has been joined in the fitness department by Davide Ranzato and Davide Losi.

Gianni Picchioni is one of Sarri's scouts and will feedback to him with opposition reports.

Chelsea have one match to play before the new season starts next week.

Thew Blues play Manchester City in the Community Shield at Wembley on Sunday.

They begin their Premier League campaign away against Huddersfield next Saturday.
