Belgian Pro League side KRC Genk have fired coach Felice Mazzu, just months after winning the Belgian title.
They sold many top stars over the summer and have been struggling both in Europe and domestically.
The club announced this morning that coach Mazzu, assistants Tom Van Imschoot, Denis Dessaer and Sandro Salamone had all been axed.
Awaiting a new permanent replacement, Domenico Olivieri and Kevin Van Dessel will lead the training sessions.
Genk are bottom of the Champions League group after three defeats and a 0-0 home draw with Napoli.
Their final group game will be against Napoli at the Stadio San Paolo on December 10.
