I've been on holiday with Grealish and he's extremely WILD... it's impressive!

Jack Grealish admitted he was 'in a world of pain' after his four-day, booze-filled bender came to end following Manchester City's Treble triumph, but England team-mate Tyrone Mings insists the party life is nothing new to the midfielder.

The 27-year-old, following an underwhelming debut campaign, played a fundemental role as City won the Premier League, FA Cup and Champions League in an historic campaign.

Grealish immediately went into party mode, remaining in his full match kit as he stayed out until the early hours of Sunday morning in Istanbul, before jetting out to Ibiza for more celebrations with members of the City squad.

Then came City's Treble parade, and again Grealish was in fine form. Erling Haaland was seen pouring a bottle of champagne over his head, before the pair partied into the night in a Manchester club.

The celebrations have now come to an end, however, and Grealish - alongside team-mates Phil Foden, John Stones, Kyle Walker and Kalvin Phillips - has joined up with the England squad for the Euro 2024 qualifiers against Malta and North Macedonia.

Mings, who is part of the current England squad, reveals he has witnessed Grealish in full flow many times in the past. 'A night out with Jack is extremely wild,' he told talkSPORT.

'I've bumped into him on holiday in the past but I've never put myself in the position where I've flown out with him.

'I've seen him in action abroad and many, many times in this country and it's impressive, if that's what you're into. It's good to see footballers enjoying themselves.

'Football is just a reflection of society and nobody can come down too harshly on you for celebrating your victories. And City have won everything.

'It's important to be yourself in life, whatever that looks like. It adds to the game and to the dressing room.It adds to the culture and the authenticity — and that's a tough trait to come across.'

Mail Sport understands England manager Gareth Southgate will ease the Treble-winning stars into training initially, with plans to have them available for Monday's game against North Macedonia at Old Trafford.

They are expected to travel with the rest of the squad to Malta for Friday's clash but are not expected to start, while they may not even make the bench.

The fixtures are important for England, though; victories this week would put Southgate's side with one foot in next summer's Euro 2024 tournament in Germany.

England kicked off their qualifying campaign with a 2-1 win away to Italy. Southgate's side then defeated Ukraine 2-0 at Wembley a few days later as they sit top of Group C with six points from their two matches.

Mings believes the parties are over for now, with more hard work to come.  'Jack's had a great time, hasn't he? But surely he's all partied out now?' the defender added.

'The only thing he needs to do is to celebrate at the right time and he's just won the Treble, so I don't think anyone can begrudge him taking that hairband off and letting down those luscious locks.'
